Holly Sanabria

State Lobbyist

Holly joined the firm in 2019 as part of the Olympia lobbying team, primarily working with local governments throughout the state. Since then, her focus areas as a consultant include cities, ports, as well as transportation and non-profit organizations. Holly has a proven track record of enhancing client relations with legislators and state agencies, engaging in the developmental stages of internal collaboration and analysis, securing state funding for projects, and advocating for policy priorities. Her all-encompassing approach to lobbying continues to demonstrate a strong return on investment for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Holly worked for the Washington State Senate where she facilitated and coordinated communications between legislators, state officials, staff, agency personnel, stakeholders and constituents in the development of legislation. Holly also served on the Senate staff taskforce to assist in the development of the Senate Harassment & Discrimination Policy. Her experience at the legislative level, coupled with her strong interpersonal skills, has proven to be an advantage when advocating for clients.

During her time as an undergraduate at Washington State University, Holly was selected to intern for the Washington State Senate during the 2016 session. Holly graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. She currently resides in Gig Harbor, WA.
