For over a decade, Hanna has represented clients at the Washington State Legislature, providing legislative consultation, strategy development and advocacy as a contract lobbyist. Since that time, she has developed a robust network of relationships within the Washington State Legislature, and represents clients at the Governor’s Office and state agencies. A successful coalition builder, Hanna works with firm clients with diverse sets of issues, specializing in transportation and higher education issues, but extensive experience with health care, technology, budget appropriations, municipal issues, and more. Hanna has demonstrated a successful track record in assisting firm clients with development and execution of legislative strategy. She has been successful in securing tens of millions in legislative budget appropriations for her clients and in executing creative public policy solutions to achieve client objectives.
Hanna holds a master’s degree in public administration from Seattle University, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Gonzaga University. She resides in Seattle with her husband and son.
